Who We Are and What We Produce
Our company has always produced a wide range of products for ice cream shops, pastry laboratories and the food industry, organized into several specialized production departments. Each department is designed to ensure consistent quality, high hygiene standards and production flexibility.
Wafer Department
We produce wafer rolls (cigarettes), fans, decorative wafers and printed ice cream cones in various sizes. Products are packed in screen-printed metal tins or cardboard boxes.
Gelato Maker Line Pastry Chef LineCannoli & Copite Department
Wafer tubes (cannoli) and copite coated with cocoa cream and Bigatton inclusions. We also produce decorated wafer half-spheres.

We offer over 30 topping flavors, also available in 350 g retail formats (chocolate, strawberry, caramel). We operate an in-house sleeving line for an elegant bottle finish, both for our own production and for third-party clients.
